Needle Punched Polyester

Needle punched polyester is formed by converting webs of either continuous filament or staple fibre polyester into a non-woven fabric by needling through the web and locking the fibres together.

Needle-punched PET is available in various fabric weights & widths and in black, white and grey colours.

Needle-punched polyester fabrics are typically used in the following applications:

• Carpet Underlay and Carpet Backing
• Waterproofing Reinforcement Fabrics and Waterproofing Tape
• Building Insulation
• Termite Barriers
• Furniture Covers and Mattress Insulation
• Filter Fabric and Filtration Fabrics
